Anti-Fog Polycarbonate Sheet
Condensation-resistant for at least five years — for cold rooms, food display and viewing windows.
Industry Applications
Used for EV charging stations, equipment guards, bus shelters, curtain walls, outdoor signs, daylight roofs, skylights and stadium barriers.
New Energy Vehicle Charging Stations
Equipment Protective Covers
A viewing window that fogs is a window that does not work. Anti-fog polycarbonate carries a treatment that makes condensation spread into a transparent film instead of beading into droplets, so the panel stays see-through across a temperature difference.
Our anti-fog grade is specified to remain effective for at least five years — a figure that matters, because cheap anti-fog treatments are surfactant-based and wash off within months of normal cleaning.

Product Features of Anti-Fog Polycarbonate Sheet
High Impact Resistance
High strength and impact resistance make the sheet tough, safe and difficult to break. The source product page positions it for protective and security glazing.
Good Weather Resistance
The source page states that the sheet does not become brittle at -30°C or soften at 120°C, with mechanical performance remaining stable in harsh conditions.
Flame-Retardant Performance
The source page describes B1 flame-retardant performance, self-extinguishing behaviour after removal from flame and no promotion of flame spread.
High Light Transmission
Light transmission can reach up to 90%, providing glass-like transparency where a clear grade is specified.
UV Protection
A UV-protective surface layer helps reduce yellowing during long-term sunlight exposure.
Sound Insulation
The source page states 5-9 dB more sound insulation than glass at the same thickness and references noise-barrier use.
Minimum order and lead time
Plastura supplies anti fog polycarbonate sheet from its Jiangsu plant. For an accurate quote, state thickness, finished size, colour or surface requirement, quantity, and any cutting or forming. Standard stock sizes and colours normally run in 7–10 days; non-standard extrusion in 12–18 days; allow another 3–7 days for CNC work. The published starting point is 100 m² or 1 tonne, quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. See MOQ, lead time and shipping for planning details.
Questions buyers ask
How is this different from anti-fog spray?
Sprays are surfactants that last days to weeks and wash off with the first proper clean. Our treatment is applied in production and specified for five years or more of service.
Does anti-fog work at any temperature difference?
It manages normal condensation across typical refrigeration and wash-down differentials. Extreme differentials with continuous water contact will overwhelm any anti-fog surface — tell us the conditions and we will say honestly whether it will hold.
Can anti-fog and hard coating be combined?
Yes, on opposite faces — anti-fog on the cold side, hard coat on the cleaned side is the usual arrangement for display cabinets.
