Trade

MOQ, pricing, customisation and distribution — published, not hidden behind an enquiry form.

Everything a buyer needs to settle before placing an order. Local sheet merchants do not publish this and most Chinese factories will not either — you are expected to email and wait. We would rather you could work out whether we are a fit before spending a day on it.

The short version: minimum order 100 m² or 1 tonne, quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP, 30% deposit with the balance against copy bill of lading, and 7–10 days production for standard sizes and stock colours.

The five pages

  • MOQ, lead time & shipping — our minimum in real weights, production lead times by order type, incoterms, sea transit times by destination, and how sheet is packed.
  • Wholesale pricing — the volume tiers, what pushes a quotation up or down, and why we do not publish a price list.
  • Custom specifications — non-standard thickness, width, colour and construction, plus the requests we will talk you out of.
  • OEM & private label — your specification, your packaging, your part numbers, neutral shipping documents.
  • Become a distributor — what we offer, what we ask, and how a first year usually goes.

Why the minimum is the thing we talk about most

Because it is the reason most distributors never source from a Chinese factory at all. The standard answer to a first enquiry is “one container minimum”, which asks a buyer to commit tens of thousands of dollars to a supplier they have never tested, in a material whose quality they cannot verify from a photograph.

Our minimum is 100 m² or 1 tonne — around 350 kg in 3 mm acrylic, a fraction of a 20-foot container. It is low because we extrude our own sheet on seven lines: your trial pallet runs on the same line as a 40-tonne order. A trader buying from a mill cannot do that, because they have to meet the mill’s minimum before they can quote you at all.

What we are not

We are a factory, not a stockist. We do not hold stock for next-day despatch, we do not sell single sheets, and we do not measure or install. If you need one panel this week, a local merchant is genuinely the better answer and we will say so.

What we are good at is repeat supply of specified material to people who resell or fabricate it — at factory prices, with the functional grades most stockists do not carry, cut to your sizes before it ships.

Minimum order and lead time

This grade ships from 100 m² or 1 tonne — a trial pallet, not a full container. Standard sizes and stock colours run in 7–10 days; non-standard thickness or width in 12–18 days; add 3–7 days for CNC cut-to-size work. Quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Questions buyers ask

What is the smallest order you will accept?

100 m² or 1 tonne, whichever suits the order better — thin sheet is easier to reach by area, thick sheet by weight. There is no separate “sample order” tier below that, but A4 sample pieces of standard grades are free.

Do you sell to end users or only to trade?

Trade only — distributors, fabricators, OEMs and volume buyers. Our minimum makes us a poor fit for anyone needing a single panel, and we would rather point you to a local merchant than take an order that will disappoint you.

How long from enquiry to delivered goods?

Typically one working day to quote, 7–10 days production for standard sizes and stock colours, then sea freight of 18–38 days depending on destination. Custom colours and cut-to-size work add to the production time, not the freight.

Can I mix materials and grades in one order?

Yes. Polycarbonate and acrylic are extruded in the same plant, so a single order can combine both across the same minimum. Mixed pallets are normal, not a special request.
