OEM & Private Label

Sheet and finished parts made to your specification, packed and branded as yours.

A large share of our output leaves the factory under someone else’s name. If you are a distributor building a house brand, or a manufacturer who needs a component rather than a sheet, this is routine work for us.

What we can do under your brand

  • Your specification — thickness, width, colour, coating and functional grade produced to your written standard rather than ours.
  • Your packaging — printed protective film, branded interleaving, labels and cartons.
  • Your part numbers — labelled and barcoded to your system so goods book straight into your warehouse.
  • Finished components — machined, formed and assembled parts, not just sheet.
  • Neutral documentation — shipping paperwork that does not advertise us to your customer.

How an OEM programme usually starts

1. Specification. You send a written spec, a drawing or a physical sample. We confirm what is achievable and flag anything that will not work.

2. Sample approval. We produce samples against the spec. Nothing goes to production until you have signed one off.

3. Trial order. Still at the 100 m² / 1 tonne minimum, so the commercial risk on a new programme stays small.

4. Scheduled production. Once volumes are established we hold pricing and produce against a call-off schedule.

Printed film and custom packaging carry tooling and plate costs, which we quote separately and openly rather than folding into the unit price.

Minimum order and lead time

This grade ships from 100 m² or 1 tonne — a trial pallet, not a full container. Standard sizes and stock colours run in 7–10 days; non-standard thickness or width in 12–18 days; add 3–7 days for CNC cut-to-size work. Quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Questions buyers ask

Will you sell directly to my customers?

No. If you are running an OEM programme, that market is yours. Shipping documents can be issued neutrally so your customer does not see our name.

What is the minimum for private-label packaging?

The sheet minimum stays at 100 m² / 1 tonne, but printed film and cartons have their own print minimums. We will tell you what those are before you commit.

Can you hold stock for scheduled call-off?

For established programmes with a forecast, yes. That is normally agreed after the first few orders rather than at the start.
