MOQ, Lead Time & Shipping
Our minimum is 100 m² or 1 tonne — roughly 350 kg of 3 mm acrylic. Here is what that…
How our pricing tiers actually work, and what moves a quotation up or down.
We do not publish a price list, and any supplier in this industry who does is either quoting one grade or quoting high enough to cover every case. Resin prices move, and sheet cost depends on decisions you have not made yet.
What we can publish is how the pricing works, so you can estimate before you enquire.
| Order size | Tier |
|---|---|
| 100 m² / 1 tonne | Trial — full unit price, no container commitment |
| 500 m² / 5 tonnes | Volume tier one |
| Half container | Volume tier two |
| Full container (20ft / 40ft) | Best rate, plus lowest freight per m² |
| Annual contract | Fixed pricing with scheduled call-off |
The largest single jump is usually freight rather than material — a full container moves the delivered cost per square metre far more than the sheet discount does.
Up: custom colour matching, non-standard widths, thin gauges below 1 mm, tight tolerances, hard coating or anti-fog, small cut parts with poor nesting, and short lead times.
Down: standard sizes and stock colours, modular part sizes that nest well, mixed pallets that fill a container, flexible delivery dates, and repeat scheduled orders.
If you tell us your target price up front we will tell you honestly whether it is reachable and what would have to change to reach it — rather than quoting high and negotiating down.
30% deposit, balance against copy bill of lading. Terms are reviewed after the third order. All quotations are in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP — see MOQ, lead time & shipping.
This grade ships from 100 m² or 1 tonne — a trial pallet, not a full container. Standard sizes and stock colours run in 7–10 days; non-standard thickness or width in 12–18 days; add 3–7 days for CNC cut-to-size work. Quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Full detail on the MOQ, lead time & shipping page.
Because any honest one would be wrong within a month. Polycarbonate and PMMA prices track resin, which moves with oil and with supply from a handful of producers. A published list is either stale or padded high enough to be safe — neither helps you quote your customer.
The material discount between the trial tier and a full container is real but modest. The larger saving is freight per square metre, which falls sharply once you fill a container. For most buyers the delivered cost, not the sheet price, is what changes.
We will tell you honestly whether a quoted price is achievable for the specification, and if it is not, what has probably been substituted to reach it — usually recycled content, a thinner actual gauge than stated, or no UV layer. We would rather lose the order than match a price by quietly changing the product.
30% deposit with the balance against copy bill of lading is standard. Terms are reviewed after the third order once a trading history exists.
