Polycarbonate Sheet
Solid, multiwall and functional polycarbonate — extruded from virgin resin, 0.1 to 20 mm, up to 2100 mm wide.
Materials
Polycarbonate and acrylic sheet extruded on our own lines in Jiangsu — one factory, one minimum order.
We extrude two material families on seven production lines and finish them on 22 CNC machining centres. Because both run under one roof, a single order can combine polycarbonate and acrylic without a second supplier and without a second minimum.

Polycarbonate (PC)
Effectively unbreakable, and the only sheet we sell that survives being hit. Roughly 200 times the impact strength of glass, stable from −40 °C to 120 °C, and available with a B1 fire rating. It scratches more easily than acrylic unless you specify a hard coating, and it costs more per square metre.
Choose polycarbonate for roofing, machine guarding, security glazing, greenhouses and anything where a break creates a hazard.
Acrylic (PMMA, perspex, plexiglass)
Optically the clearest of the two, harder-wearing at the surface, and cheaper. It is also brittle: it cracks rather than deforms. Cast acrylic machines and polishes beautifully; extruded acrylic is more consistent in thickness and better for thermoforming.
Choose acrylic for retail display, signage faces, lightboxes, splashbacks and anything judged on appearance rather than impact.
Not sure which?
The deciding question is usually: what happens when someone hits it? If the answer involves injury, liability or an insurance claim, specify polycarbonate. If the answer is “we replace the panel”, acrylic is the cheaper choice and usually looks better doing it.

Minimum order and lead time
This grade ships from 100 m² or 1 tonne — a trial pallet, not a full container. Standard sizes and stock colours run in 7–10 days; non-standard thickness or width in 12–18 days; add 3–7 days for CNC cut-to-size work. Quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
