CNC & Laser Cutting
Profiles, cut-outs, holes and engraving from your DXF, DWG or STEP files — 22 machines, ±0.1 mm.
Panels at your finished dimensions, cut at the factory — no local sawing, no offcut waste, no freight on scrap.
Cut to size means exactly that: you send dimensions, we ship panels at those dimensions, cut to ±0.1 mm.
We are not competing with a local merchant on next-day delivery — we cannot, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is factory-cut panels at factory prices, which removes the secondary processing step from your operation entirely.

Buying standard sheet and cutting it locally carries three costs that rarely appear on the same line of a spreadsheet:
Offcut waste. Cutting 1220 × 2440 mm sheet into non-modular sizes commonly wastes 10–20% of the material — material you paid for, freighted across an ocean, and then threw away.
Labour and machine time at your local rate, not ours.
Scrap handling and the storage the offcuts occupy while someone decides they will be useful one day.
Have us nest the parts at the factory and you pay freight only on product you sell.
| Finish | Use |
|---|---|
| Saw cut | Hidden edges, framed glazing — lowest cost |
| Machined / milled | Clean square edge for visible applications |
| Diamond polished | Optically clear edge for display work |
| Flame polished (acrylic) | Glossy edge on cast acrylic |
| Radiused / chamfered | Safety edges for handled panels |
This grade ships from 100 m² or 1 tonne — a trial pallet, not a full container. Standard sizes and stock colours run in 7–10 days; non-standard thickness or width in 12–18 days; add 3–7 days for CNC cut-to-size work. Quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. Full detail on the MOQ, lead time & shipping page.
The same 100 m² / 1 tonne as sheet, measured on the material consumed including the nest. Cut-to-size adds 3–7 days to the standard lead time.
±0.1 mm on CNC work. If your application needs tighter than that in plastic, the material will move more with temperature than the tolerance you are asking for — talk to us first.
Yes, and we quote on the nested consumption. Send the full parts list rather than one part at a time so the nest can be optimised across the whole order.

Our minimum is 100 m² or 1 tonne — roughly 350 kg of 3 mm acrylic. Here is what that…
Line bending, drape forming and 3D contour work — curves that would need tooling in other materials.
How our pricing tiers actually work, and what moves a quotation up or down.
