What happens next
- We read the specification. If something is ambiguous — a tolerance, a colour reference, a coating side — we ask before quoting rather than guessing and revising later.
- You get a written quotation in USD, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with the lead time and packing method stated.
- Samples if you want them. A4 pieces of standard grades are free; you cover the courier.
- Order confirmed on 30% deposit, balance against copy bill of lading.

The form collects a quote-ready specification: company and business email, buyer role and use case, application, material family and grade (with a not-sure option), thickness, length, width, color or finish, performance or required standard, quantity and unit, sheet versus finished part, drawing upload and revision, critical tolerances, packaging, country, city or port, postcode, requested Incoterm, target delivery date, and consent or privacy acknowledgement.
Dynamic inputs appear by enquiry type: optical targets for diffuser enquiries, fire-standard and rating fields for flame-retardant enquiries, surface-resistance targets for ESD enquiries, drawing and tolerance fields for fabrication, and outdoor, UV, and environment fields for roofing and glazing.
The confirmation page and email restate the received fields and any missing fields, state the normal response expectation, and do not promise pricing or delivery dates automatically.
A complete specification lets sales and engineering review the enquiry without follow-up; the confirmation lists what is still needed when fields are missing.
